Orders
Your order is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order we will contact you and refund you in full.
Prices
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable UK tax. Delivery is free on UK orders. Compare-at prices refer to the standard non-promotional price.
Product information
Briviio is a consumer wearable. Feature availability can depend on your phone, your settings and network conditions. Wellness readings are for general information and personal awareness only — they are not a substitute for professional medical devices, diagnosis or medical advice, and automated safety features may not detect every incident.
Returns and cancellation

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability is limited to the price you paid for the goods.
