Our guarantee

If Briviio isn't right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and refund of the purchase price.

How to start a return

• Email support@briviio.com with your order reference and the reason for the return.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the correct return address.
• Send the item back, including the charging cable and any accessories.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional working days to show the funds.

Your statutory rights

As a UK consumer buying online you also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our guarantee is offered in addition to those rights and does not replace them.

Faulty items

If your Briviio arrives damaged or develops a fault, email support@briviio.com with a description and photos and we'll put it right.
