Every United Kingdom order is sent with free tracked delivery. Here's what to expect after you place your order.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If you need delivery elsewhere, contact support@briviio.com before ordering.
Delivery cost
Delivery is free on all UK orders. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — no delivery surcharge is added.
Dispatch and tracking
Orders are prepared for dispatch as soon as payment is confirmed. You'll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your parcel leaves our fulfilment partner, so you can follow its progress.
If something goes wrong
- Parcel delayed or tracking not updating? Email us and we'll chase the carrier.
- Wrong address entered? Contact us immediately — we may be able to amend it before dispatch.
- Damaged in transit? Send us a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
